Report problems and suggestions as issues in the Boson Feedback Collection repository on GitHub. Every issue is triaged by the Boson team, and you can follow its status on the issue itself. You need a GitHub account to file one.
The repository is public. Never paste API keys (bai-...), client secrets, tokens, or private data into an issue, a log, or an attachment. Redact them before posting.

Pick a form

Each form takes about two minutes. Only product, severity, what happened, and how to reproduce are required; partial information is better than none, and any language is fine.

Higgs Realtime problem

Dropped sessions, turn detection, interruptions, tool calls, audio quality, or latency.

Higgs TTS problem

Mispronunciations, cut-off audio, voice cloning, tags, or latency.

Higgs Avatar problem

Failed video jobs, lip-sync or visual artifacts, streaming, or realtime avatar sessions.

Something else

API keys, the workspace, these docs, or anything that doesn’t fit a product.

Feature request or feedback

Ideas, missing features, or general impressions of a product.

What to include

The fastest reports to fix let us find your request in our logs and reproduce it:
  • Expected vs. actual. One line each is enough.
  • A minimal reproduction. The request body, a short script, or the steps you took.
  • Identifiers with timestamps, including the timezone, so we can find the request on our side.
  • Environment. Model name, SDK and version, endpoint, OS, and language.
  • Evidence. Error bodies, logs, screenshots, or recordings. GitHub doesn’t accept raw audio files, so zip .wav and .mp3 files before you attach them.
Product-specific details that help:

Let your coding agent file it

Coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor can collect the details, redact secrets, and file the issue for you. Log in to the GitHub CLI first (gh auth login), then tell your agent:
The agent shows you the draft and files it only after you approve.

What happens after you file

Every new issue is labeled needs-triage, and the Boson team updates the labels as it works on it. Watch the issue to get notified.
